U.S. Shipping Resumed (Jan. 22, 18:00 JST)
Thank you very much for using Nendoroid Face Maker.
We had temporarily suspended shipping and order acceptance for products destined for the United States since November 19, 2025 (Wed) (JST).
However, we are pleased to inform you that order acceptance will resume after the maintenance scheduled for January 22, 2026 (Thu) (JST).
Please note that international shipping from Japan to the United States will be handled by Yamato Transport.
Due to system maintenance by Yamato Transport, shipping procedures will be unavailable daily between1:00 AM and 7:00 AM (JST).
As a result, orders for shipments to the United States will not be accepted during this time period only.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
* For domestic delivery within the United States, United Parcel Service (UPS) will be used.
