Handling Parts That Don’t Fit Properly

If the face plates or body parts you ordered do not fit your Nendoroid correctly, please try the following methods.

Material Characteristics

The face and body parts are made of PVC material.

PVC becomes softer when warmed and contracts when cooled.

Using this property may help the parts fit together more easily.

Adjustment Methods

Without Heating

Align the protruding section of the face plates with the recessed section of the back-head part, and carefully press them together while gently widening the gap.

With Heating

Use a hair dryer (set to medium heat) to gently warm the parts.

As the material softens, attachment may become smoother.

Do not apply high heat directly or for long periods—warm the parts gradually while checking their condition.

  • PVC will not melt or deform unless exposed to extreme heat, so please feel free to try this method safely.
