Notes for posting

If your post infringes on the copyrights or portrait rights of third parties, our company, GOOD SMILE COMPANY, Inc. (“the Company”), shall bear no responsibility for any related disputes.
If a person appears in your photo, be sure to obtain the consent of the person (the “subject”). If the subject is a minor, obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
When shooting outdoors, please observe public manners and ensure that you do not cause inconvenience to others.
If the submitted photo or content falls under any of the following, the Company may exclude it from being displayed on Nendoroid Face Maker (“the Site”).

Content that is or may be contrary to public order and morals
Content where photos, etc. cannot be properly loaded by normal means
Content that contains personal information
Content that infringes or may infringe the rights of third parties
Content that defames third parties or infringes on the privacy of third parties
Content for which a third party has claimed an infringement of their rights
Content that the Company deems inappropriate for the operation of the Site

By submitting, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all of the above.

Copyrights and usage rights of submitted photos

The copyright of submitted photos remains with the submitter or the copyright holder who has granted permission to the submitter. At the time of submission for the purpose of publication on the Site, the submitter is deemed to have granted the Company the right to use the submitted photos in accordance with the usage purposes below.
At the time of submission for the purpose of publication on the Site, the submitter is deemed to have obtained from the rights holders the right to re-grant to the Company the right to use, in accordance with the usage purposes below, any copyrights or portrait rights related to objects (excluding the Company’s products) and portraits included in the submitted photos for publication on the Site or otherwise.
All disputes arising from submitted photos shall be resolved by the submitter, and the Company shall bear no responsibility. If the Company suffers any damages due to the use of submitted photos, the submitter shall compensate for such damages.

[Purpose of use]
Publication on the Site’s “#CreateNendoFace” corner and “#NendoroidHoodie” corner, use in campaigns, and use in the Company’s promotions/public relations materials (TV commercials, event videos/images, newspaper/magazine ads, posters and other printed materials, and secondary use on web content such as websites and blogs), inclusion in printed materials, and display at event venues.
